Across East Africa, we are advancing strategic oil and gas initiatives with targeted expansions that strengthen regional energy infrastructure and economic resilience. Our mission is clear: Africa does not need external dependency. By leveraging local expertise, resources, and partnerships, we build sustainable, homegrown solutions that empower communities, create value, and drive long-term growth across the continent.

In December 2025, we reached a significant milestone with the successful conclusion of a long-term strategic agreement in Somaliland.

In close collaboration with governmental authorities and local communities, this agreement provides access to a large and geologically prospective region for development activities. The project represents an important step in building a long-term resource platform with strategic relevance for future supply chains between Africa and Europe.

The region also holds strong logistical importance, particularly due to its proximity to the Port of Berbera, a rapidly developing trade and logistics hub in the Horn of Africa with access to major international shipping routes.

This progress reinforces our broader strategy of developing sustainable and impactful resource projects in high-growth regions, in close partnership with local stakeholders. As a Swiss-based company with strong local integration, we combine international standards with on-the-ground collaboration.Further updates will be provided in due course.
